About the author

After studying mechanical engineering at the University of Applied Sciences in Cologne, Muamer Cviko started his career as a development engineer at Ford's plants. As a responsible engineer in the quality problems department, he gained technical expertise and process know-how. Six Sigma Green Belt and Black Belt training completed his methodology. As a consultant at Shainin GmbH, he supervised projects for methodical problem analysis and technical problem solving and quickly established himself as a project manager in a challenging environment with constantly changing customers and their fields of activity.
