About the author

Freda von Stackelberg is a graduate in industrial engineering with a focus on the areas of production and logistics. During her studies, she already dealt with the Lean subject within the framework of the Lean Hochschulgruppe e.V. She was able to further deepen this knowledge due to her logistics internship at Bosch Rexroth where she implemented BPS into projects. During her diploma thesis at Staufen, she elaborated a theoretical discussion on organization and cooperation. Since 2011, Freda von Stackelberg has been successfully implementing national and international lean transformation projects at the Staufen AG for the design of lean processes and the introduction of Shop Floor Management in various sectors. Within Staufen AG, she is a professional expert for the introduction of the structured problem solution.
