Successful implementation of production systems

Approach, success factors and stumbling blocks

For project leaders and executives from production, logistics and associated sectors which are (also) involved in change processes

Why this kick-off event

Manufacturing companies have implemented many innovative solutions under the title of "Lean Production", e.g. team work CIP, just-in-time, pull principles, etc., which often result in considerable improvements. However, their aim of maximum quality and productivity was often not achieved: implementation processes ended up in talk, solutions did not match, approaches were not pursued consequently by management and/or employees, organisational innovations “fell by the wayside”.

These are the weak points which this workshop tries to remove. Individual concepts are combined to form a coherent overall system. It is not concepts which are in the foreground but the systematic and consequent implementation of proven and effective methods. It is not only production processes which will be stabilised but the business processes of the entire value added chain. The focus lies on the human being in cooperation with material and technology.

Benefit for your work – what you learn - what you pick-up

Methods and tools for planning, managing and permanently improving business processes. Motivation to make changes, and practical support for implementation. Consequent and effective improvements using lean production of highest quality and productivity. Develop and implement your company-specific production and value added system!
