  The turnover of the medium-sized company should preferably lie between € 2,5 und € 50 million.
• Business Shares
  Our primary goal is majority shareholding in medium-sized companies. In case of wide distribution of company shares a qualified minority holding is also possible.
• Management
  We attach importance to mutual co-operation with management and view our investments under long-term aspects.
